After a surprise bill, we called Drain King due to their reputation and positive reviews. We were blown away at their timeliness, professionalism and help. I had a bathtub problem with the faucets leaking even when turned off. I contacted them through Thumbtack and responded pretty fast. I sent them a video and picture of the situation and they responded that they would do it, today, a Sunday. We negotiated a price that we agreed on and sent somebody shortly after. That plumber got the material needed and did the work in a very professional way. I would recommend their company anytime and will keep their name and phone number if I ever need them again. Great company!
